Shipping & Returns


Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the product. Product weight is displayed on the product’s detail page. In accordance with the policies of our shipping providers all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Unused or unopened items may returned within 10 business days. To return an item, login to your account, click the “Complete Orders” link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via E-mail of your refund after the product has been received and the refund processed.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging charges unless the the return is due to an error on our part.

DOA Returns:

Products received DOA must be returned within 10 business days. Product’s original packaging and all included accessories must be included. 

To return DOA products please email with the details of the original order.

Damaged Products:

If a product appears to be damaged upon arrival, please refuse the shipment and follow the carrier’s guidelines for creating a damaged shipment claim. Damaged returns will not be accepted unless a valid damage report is completed with the carrier.

To return damaged products please email with the details of the original order and a description of the damage.


Shipments within Oklahoma will be charged sales tax.

Product Warranty:

Brink Network provides no warranty, express or implied, on products that it does not manufacture. Warranties provided by the manufacture are “passed-through” to the customer.
